**Urban Stay Cancellation Policy**

- Cancellations made **before 24 hours** of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee of **Rs. 500**.
- Cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the scheduled check-in time will incur a **100% cancellation fee**. In this case, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
**2. How to Cancel:**
To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team via phone or email. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation once the process is complete.
**3. Refunds:**
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If you have already paid for your reservation, and the cancellation fee exceeds the amount paid, you will be responsible for the difference.
**4. Modifications:**
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and any changes are subject to room availability and our current rates.
**5. No-Show Policy:**
If you fail to check-in on your scheduled arrival date (a "no-show"), you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
